Are avocados fattening?

Im trying to put on weight. are they ok to put away one a day?.Are avocados fattening?
avocados are GOOD FAT. not unpromising fat. bleak fat is weighty fried, sugar, and cream sauces. your body needs margarine to function properly and avocados are a source of good rotund. so is salmon, nuts, and tunafish to name a few. its a apt idea to put on sound weight by intake avocados. hope this helped.
