Are any danger to standing on your skipper?

I've heard astronauts step through this exercise where they stand on their lead for about 10 minutes.
I've tried this while doing yoga and I have blood vessels exploded adjectives over my eyes. My eyes and face be little dots of blood.
Everything was fine the year after I'm just wondering how safe and sound it is to do that.
I've read that it's good for your body as it irrigates your lead with more blood than usual.
Any thoughts? Are any danger to standing on your skipper?
powerfully i guess and can be ok for you but not for too long
all the blood can rush to your organizer...and you may not live for much longer..so try not to do it for TOO long!
