Anybody else?

does anybody else constantly get cravings for food? im not overweight or anything but i give the impression of being like i cant stop intake. ill guzzle a small cup of icecream, and then crave something briny like chips. and i know its not vigorous, but i cant seem to stop myself! does anybody know any tricks to stop the cravings?
oh and i dont want medicine.Anybody else?
I've always hear that it helps if you brush your teeth or drink a chalice of water...
I crave beer right presently
okay well whenever u crave something after you've already eat something before paw, go do something to preoccupy urself...contained by other words find something to take ur mind rotten of whatever ur craving
Exercise is a great road to control your cravings for food. Cravings can also be a sign of depression (not saying this is the issue surrounded by your case) but something to consider. Try 30 to 60 minutes of aerobic exercise at least 3 days a week and see what happen
yea i get those annoying cravings to sometimes. resembling you said, when i eat something sweet i own to eat something aromatic immediatley after. just deliberate to yourself before you run to win the food "is it really worth it? do i want to get margarine?" that usually stops me dead within my tracks. but don't starve yourself, obviously. sometimes even if you don't get the impression hungry your body will crave something because it may need the extra perkiness or be doing something internally you might not even know about. well-mannered luck :)
