Are adjectives prenatal vitamins sold at vitamin stores matching?

I am using Nature's Plus prenatal and wondering if the amounts of vitamin a and other vitamins are sufficient. They seem approaching it, but how do you know?Are adjectives prenatal vitamins sold at vitamin stores matching?
