Appetite Suppressants!!?

what are the differences between over the counter and the prescirbed appetite suppressants?Appetite Suppressants!!?
There are millions of different active ingredients surrounded by all products for appetite supression.
I didn't want to become dependent on something if I be to stop taking it so I found a few alternatives.
I found a multivitamin with green tea so that's a flawless tradeoff...I also kept myself busy doing something that I could focus on like gardening (my own personal love) or planning masses errands each sunshine - Keep yourself from the easy access of food - opt to hold a quick snack to supress the urge to splurge and plan ingestion small portion meals ( 1 taco for dinner/lunch or a Grilled chicken caesar salad )
Drugs enjoy different concentrations of ingredients and I can't think that is to say very sound or natural.consider an alternative for yourself - it's your robustness after all.
The more you sit and do much of nought, the more you'll be apt to have an appetite.
Smoke or chew tobacco
Over the counter are usually herbal but prescribed are Phentermine which is 'speed'.
The over the counter ones aren't as strong, so you can appropriate as little or as many as you similar to at one time without overdosing.
