Anyone on Nutri System Diet? How is it?

Hey my mom wants to achieve on that Nutri System diet, it is very expensive similar to $260 a month. But does it work? How many pounds enjoy you lost in that diet??Anyone on Nutri System Diet? How is it?
I looked into the lacto-vegetarian diet but utltimately decided against it. I can pick my own food at the grocery store, enjoy a bigger variety, etc. The trick is keeping track of portion sizes.
You right to be heard it is "very expensive." However, what's your average grocery bill respectively bill? It's not actually as expensive as it initially sounds. Keep within mind, though, that you do have to purchase some second food on your own (like the veggies).
As far as weight loss, you can find nutritional information on their site. You can e-mail them (they respond quickly) around how many calories are provided surrounded by each plan. Remember, immensity loss depends on many factor, though, like how much you already weigh, if you include any other snacks, how much exercise you do respectively day, etc.
One finishing thing: If you jump into their site like you're going to charge a plan, you can actually select the meal you want to order for that month. It's a great mode to see what the meals would be approaching on the plan before ever entering credit card information.

The Nutri System Diet works all right, at least initially. I lost 25 pounds surrounded by 2 months on it. However, I gained rear legs 35 after I went past its sell-by date it. Best to save your money and do a more standard diet. Avoid yo-yo diets. It be a mistake I made and now regret.
