    try pilates... it really works wonders. I am chubby myself but enjoy found that once I started pilates my posture is better, my abs /core is stronger, and my glutes are tighter (yay!) I would recommend any pilates video from GAIAM or go to a studio around your road. Supposedly, you will start seeing results after 10 workouts.

    Think about it -- if diet pills in actual fact worked, nobody would be overweight.
    Keep your calories down and keep up the honourable work by running. You will see results as long as you keep it up. When you start taking surrounded by more calories than you use, that's when you start gaining counterbalance. When you take contained by less and burn more, that's when you lose counterweight.
    Diet pills are just the catalyst. If i.e. what it takes to motivate you to do your exercise and not put away as much, then thats what it take.

    Anyone know why my ankles could be hurting after doing the elliptical, its be a month now. they are swollen and sore.Ankles hurt from egg-shaped?
    I enjoy the same problem beside the elliptical. They enunciate it's better for your joints because there's no impact and it simulates the motion of running, but I'm not sure I buy that. Maybe it's because I'm used to running on a treadmill or on the pavement. For presently, I'd take a break until your ankles are support to normal and a short time ago try walking outdoors instead. If you get final on the elliptical and go and get swollen ankles again, my advice would be to try something else approaching an exercise bike or a treadmill.
    Maybe you're turning them while doing it. Also it could be too hard a stratum where your leg muscles aren't doing adequate work and so your ankles are doing too much to overcompensate

    That's a tough question. I'm not a medical expert, but I believe the rule of thumb for adults is that average mass for females at 5 feet is 100 pounds. Under 85 pounds sounds underweight to me, even for an 11 year out-of-date. Do you eat stout foods and enough food? Maybe you're only just going through a growth spurt, and your weight hasn't hindered to your new height above sea level?

    While reading around, someone mentioned not to over-exert yourself. My current workout is-
    Morning and Night:
    30 Bicep Curls (both arms simotaniously (sp?)
    30 Crunches
    30 Flutter Kicks
    40 Crunches
    30 Pushups (different variations)
    30 Flutter Kicks
    50 Crunches
    60 Bicep Curls (quicker pace, one arm at a time)
    Then during the year I do about 20 minutes worth of arm excersices using dumbells. I also do pilates.
    I'm a 14 year ripened guy and I'm really dedicated to becoming thinner and more muscular this summer. I put away healthy, no snacks, I haven't have fast food contained by 3 years.

    It really depends on what you consider "moral shape". It's very subjective. Some would consider running 4 miles w/o too much trouble as "pious shape". Others may consider doing 30 push ups and 30 pull ups "flawless shape". Body Builders would say it 4% body solid. See what I'm saying? Me?
