Am i unwieldy?

Im 5'2 and a half and i freight 120 pounds is that alot? Im starting to do crunches about 200 a light of day and im starting to run {it varies every day}. I want to lose similar to 5 pounds how much should i run and how many crunches should i do? Any other exercise accepted wisdom?Am i unwieldy?
im the same altitude and weight some days i consistency fat other days i dont.today its a plump day so ego like to know how i can lose some wieght too.i dont assume your fat cuz im not heavy right??
