Any ab, thigh, and butt excersizez that work amazing?

i'm trying to get within really good shape be4 august and those are my problem areas...Any ab, thigh, and butt excersizez that work amazing?
try pilates... it really works wonders. I am chubby myself but enjoy found that once I started pilates my posture is better, my abs /core is stronger, and my glutes are tighter (yay!) I would recommend any pilates video from GAIAM or go to a studio around your road. Supposedly, you will start seeing results after 10 workouts.
Try doing sqauts then going into push up form and jump straight up into the air and repeating it might purely work
oh boy do i have the reliable thing for you tae bo it works amazing
