Any influential home workout methods?

What are the best ways to excirsise at home without workout equipment or weights? ...Or workout tape.Any influential home workout methods?
get use to doing a regular movement everyday. need it be squats, leg lift or ab crunches. make it comfortable and make a payment it into what you usually do everyday. most likely looking at TV is best. even if you only just do it for a hour. that is GREAT !
I found a pretty interesting workout not long. You can lose a clothing size each week - and you singular workout 15-minutes a day.
It's call the T-Tapp method (T-Tapp.com).
Instead of working each muscle independently you work several muscle groups at one and the same time - and you work up a sweat doing it.
No equipment required and you only call for a small space to stand in.
It have worked for me.

You can't really do that many workouts lacking any equipment. I say you should at lowest buy a dumbbell.
Even if you don't go to www.bodybuilding.com - they enjoy every exercise you need.
