I am in the Air Force and we do PT twice a week. But since we own been deploying and doing exercises, I enjoy had to slack. I hold a PT test and I am fine beside my run, but I am bad at push-ups and sit-ups and I hold a month the get put money on to how I was. What is the fastest and most potent way to receive back on track? I can do 20 push-up and 30 sit-ups, but I obligation to get to 45 respectively.And 1.2...3... *floor*?
take steroids..lol j/k the with the sole purpose to get wager on is to continuously do reps throughout the day and build your strength hindmost up. Good luck! What do you do in the AF? I be security Forces...=)
Just tag on 2-5 each year and before you know it your be up in attendance :)
