Any accurate exercise for your lower body?
The king of the lower body excercises is the squat. It works your legs and butt, and even your core muscles(abs and back). If you are trying to tone up do 3-4 sets anywhere from 8-20 reps, if you are doing 20 reps keep the weights night light. You can also do this excersice with dumbells that you hold contained by each foot in stead of the big barbell.
try swimming,hold on to a wall and see underwater until you get tired.
