Am I Over-Exerting Myself?

While reading around, someone mentioned not to over-exert yourself. My current workout is-
Morning and Night:
30 Bicep Curls (both arms simotaniously (sp?)
30 Crunches
30 Flutter Kicks
40 Crunches
30 Pushups (different variations)
30 Flutter Kicks
50 Crunches
60 Bicep Curls (quicker pace, one arm at a time)
Then during the year I do about 20 minutes worth of arm excersices using dumbells. I also do pilates.
I'm a 14 year ripened guy and I'm really dedicated to becoming thinner and more muscular this summer. I put away healthy, no snacks, I haven't have fast food contained by 3 years.
But back to my origional cross-examine, is this enough excersices, am I doing the right excersices?Am I Over-Exerting Myself?
Don't be to overcome, And don't be cocky nobody likes a cocky guy! if you are used to these routines after keep individual consistent. And do your thing honey! If you surface overwhelmed and its to hard for you after kick it down a dimple. consistence is key
