ok i have a big butt ok this sounds conceided but its true, also big hips and thighs it runs contained by genetics my mom have it to but its not as big i eat alot and just about do excerisize but some how im not fat what can i do what type of diet plan should i do what kind of excersizes and yeah ....all right this is what i want a tiny waist no fat a nice bottom as contained by cute butt athletic type etc..just no plump and nicely shaped i hold until september do do this until school starts so yeah i wanna look flawless !!oh yeah im not big as in butter only opening 125 pounds and im 15 so yeah! what kind of sports should i do approaching does swimmig help i dont know desperate..Any suggestions?
turn running run your *** off (Just kidding). Don't pinch it the wrong way, but yes running is great for that also try some lunges. Good Luck you can do it.
