I know that brushing my teeth and using mouth clean up never worked for me. Instead, I found that doing sit ups instead will actually cure my hunger. After that, I made a Sleep playlist on itunes that help lull me to sleep.
you must cure first your insomnia and so there's no way for you to crave on a unwanted items food on a wee hour..
