I tried it long time ago. It prevents the fat/oil to be absorbed within your system.
If you eat greasy (like fried foods) stuff the fat/oil will not immersed in your system and when the time comes you obligation to go to the bathroom it comes out and your stools are soft . Grossly to enunciate you'll definitely see the grease floating and when you pass gas here are times oil will come out, too. You want a liner in your underwear.
Its ok it does work you hold to drink allot of water thought because it can brand name you very feeling thirst.
Combined with fitting fats so you don't dry your skin surrounded by the process.
So make sure you you drink allot and everything will be fine

i be in the clinical trial in the order of 13 years ago. I got the tangible thing, dont remember the dosage but it be prescription strength. I did lose some weight, perchance 20 pounds in a month. but I also conjecture it was the explanation of me having a mild heart attack. I have a clot which was exceedingly fatty, and had to hold angioplasty, at age 39. No proof but too much of a coincidence for me. It did cause profusely of diarrhea, and to this day, I enjoy IBS, (irritable bowel syndrome). Other than that, what can I say? dont do it.

It is called Alli, and it have the same side effects:gas, loose and frequent stools and and fatty anal discharge. I'm not gonna try the drug because of the side effects. Yuck.
